Job Summary

The Sales Executive will be responsible for the development of sales accounts through a combination of methods that may include all or partially: customer research, lead generation, prospecting, networking and in-person appointments with new, inactive and current clients with ensuring customer satisfaction and managing quality of product and service delivery according to Inkas Vehicles company policy.

Job Description

  • Plan and carry out sales activities on assigned accounts or areas, responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and managing quality of product and service delivery
  • Manage relations with key clients (PSC / Government Departments / Military / Para-military orgs)
  • Source and develop client referrals
  • Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person
  • Prepare sales action plans and schedules
  • Develop sales proposals & contracts
  • Develop and make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients
  • Negotiate with clients & Follow up on sales activity
  • Ensure product delivery and client satisfaction
  • Maintain sales activity records and reports
  • Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development
  • Experience working in a pro-active sales environment – successful cold calling experience is a must

  • University qualifications:MBA or equivalent
  • Specialist knowledge: Armored vehicle industry and new sales strategy 
  • Previous experience: 2 – 5 years’ experience in armored vehicle and a proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales goals

Job Summary

The Accountant is responsible to maintain an efficient and accurate Accounting function and adhere to deadlines and requirements of various MIS reports.

Job Description

  • Maintain daily postings in books (including but not limited to RVs, PVs and JVs related to depreciation, salaries and bank transactions);
  • Arrange and file all the department documents in accurate and timely order;
  • Prepare and release all the types of cash payments after the superior’s approval;
  • Control the due dates for PDC issued to third parties and inform superior in prior;
  • File the posted Vendor invoices with supporting for monthly Accounts Payables release before 27th of each month;
  • Prepare Bank and Cash monthly reconciliation for superior;
  • Maintain the saving and weekly back up on company server of all the type of data related to department;
  • Handle and resolve all Vendor queries, reconciliation of accounts and all correspondence related to Vendors’ activity;
  • Prepare payment and related monthly report for utilities;
  • Maintain the Fixed Asset register in system;
  • Issue all type of Invoices to customers – new contracts and balance invoices for payment;
  • Control and report on availability and requirements for check books, payment and receipt voucher books;
  • Issue/receive and post invoices to/from intercompany;
  • Assist in any type of audit preparations;
  • Prepare payment for signature (with supporting documents);
  • Issue and receive superior authorization for posting of Sales Invoices/ Sales Orders;
  • Prepare Monthly Payroll file for superior review before 4th of each month;
  • Resolve queries of any type from Intercompany;
  • Report SOAs of customers upon request;
  • Prepare and distribute salary slips, handle and resolve employees queries on salary remunerations and payments;
  • Manage daily routine accounting activities and assignments given by the management;
  • Support superior with correct and proactive actions.

  • University qualifications: Bachelor or equivalent
  • Specialist knowledge: Armored vehicle industry and new sales strategy 
  • Previous experience: 2 – 5 years’ experience

Job Summary

The Human Resource Officer is responsible for providing support in the various functions the position required, which include recruitment, staffing, training and development, payroll, policy development, performance monitoring and employee counseling. The Human Resource Officer provides advice and assistance to supervisors and staff according to Inkas Vehicles company policy.

Job Description

  • Responsible for maintaining full employee data and all HR files (manual & electronic) & HR database updating
  • Responsible for opening, cancellation, prolongation of all visas for staff and for organizing all the related schedules all the activities required to process the above mentioned
  • Responsible for hiring of new staff and related activities (Candidates screening & interviews arrangements, Send Candidates questionnaire for shortlisted candidates) within set budget
  • Responsible for all paperwork requested by Superiors preparing and submitting for Manager’s approval. Executive Orders, Leave request, Termination letters, Joining Reports, Increment, Change of Designation, Probation Period Completion, Decrement, and Internal Transfer
  • Responsible for full cycle of Payroll preparation (WPS file preparation, Pay slips, Full record of staff attendance etc.)
  • Address employee’s personal requests processing and submitting for Manager’s approval (Salary certificates, Final Settlements, Leave requests, Sick leaves, Air tickets, etc.)
  • Creating all documents related to new employee joining our company (Employment contract, joining report, Non-Disclosure, No-Competition Agreement, Appointment Letter, Statement of Consent and Disclosure, Undertaking letter for a new employment visa application, Employee Personal Information sheet, Items Provided sheet
  • Co-ordinate with IT to supply/collect all the necessary equipment for/from all employees at the time of joining/resignation/termination (email address creation/cancellation, mobile, sim card, computer, phone number extension etc.)
  • Responsible for all tenancy contracts and company license renewals, company web access registration with DMCC portal, Immigration and Ministry of Labor
  • Assist employees with renewal of their tenancy contracts, Dewa & Du connection, security deposits

Desired Education, Skills & Experience

  • University qualifications: Bachelor or equivalent
  • Specialist knowledge: Armored vehicle industry
  • Previous experience: 2 – 5 years’ experience as HR Manager
  • Other Skills:
    1. Great attitude with a high-energy personality

    3. ZETA HRMS knowledge is an advantage

Job Description

    • Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
    • Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
    • Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers
    • Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
    • Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments
    • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc.
    • Maintain office attendance records
    • Maintain Letter Head register
    • Assist HR departments in all the assignments
    • Assist other departments when needed
